Assetbase is a Property Investment and Asset Management business focused on acquiring investment grade real estate in Sweden, Germany and the U.K.

Since 2003, the promoters of Assetbase have been involved in the acquisition and management of real estate totalling over 230,000 m². This includes over 1,600 residential units and 120,000 m² of commercial space. We have a strong track record across a number of barometers, including property acquisitions, proactive management, refurbishment works, constructions projects and most importantly, exiting projects at a profit. Over the years, we have managed approx. 500 residential units, 100,000 m² of industrial space, along with a number of development opportunities.

During the period 2009 to 2012, the promoters of Assetbase concentrated their resources on protecting their managed clients assets by micro-managing properties and tenants alike, alongside negotiations with our main banking partners. This was possible in both Sweden and Germany, as the downturn in either of these countries was not close to the scale seen across the remainder of Europe.

Where clients were in trouble in other jurisdictions, Assetbase assisted in dividing portfolios and managing highly profitable sales to generate badly needed extra cashflow.
