This is a mixed development comprising of 61 apartments over five floors and over 19,000 sq.ft of office space over 4 floors.We have been asked to sell 38 residential units, made up of twelve 1 beds and twenty-four 2 beds and two 3 beds, as a requirement for the developers pre-build funding.
